Pragmata? No. I think there's a video game reference behind Peter, and it's even a Capcom video game, but a much older one. Rich is an old-school kind of guy after all.
I brought it up before on the previous page, but to recap, his name is Peter. "Peter" means "rock". He was to be brought to Doctor Lumen. "Lumen" means "light".
The protagonist of the Mega Man series is an android named Rock, created by Doctor Light. (Dr Thomas Light. Not to be confused with Dr Arthur Light.)
