Heh, I struggled with that detail. It made sense that they'd not have brought their regular footwear under their space-suit boots.
I got a feeling the boy android might free them, cause his programming got interrupted.
An interesting side effect of the medium is that unlike if we were reading this in print, due to the character tags, we know who's in that rowboat.

I was thinking Cole's looking more tween. Hopefully Glide can talk some sense into the androids.
