Well, the tags call him as "Mongrelman", and in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous there is an NPC race called "mongrels". They are tainted by living near demonic magic, which cause them animal-like parts grow on them, and those mutations are often cause health problems. Some of them die near instantly after being born…
