They split when the Dungeon Keeper got defeated: Jais and some of the Dark Mistresses joined Arachne, the rest supposedly left, except they didn’t, they just went into hiding
What are the things in their hands in panel 4? They look like implanted cyber blades, but I don’t recall seeing anything like that on the mistresses before.

I do. They always had… some kind of claws or something.
So where do the claws go when they’re not using them?
They, don’t go anywhere, think "Edward Scissor-hands" and not "Freddy Krueger"
