Oh damn, that’s some serious anger. It makes me wonder; why does Arachne care so much about what happens to ‘Beth? Saving her from the Muncher was understandable given the politics of coup-ing… but now she’s just a weird jester.
hmmmm.
She’s also her property. Arachne bought her as a slave, and a slight against ‘Beth could be interpreted as a slight against Arachne.
There’s another, secret reason.
You know, thinking about awful foot torture, I would not be surprised if the Dark Mistresses boots were one-size-painfully-fits-all…
Mirror mirror on the wall who the most feared one of all??
She might be a Dark Mistress, but we haven’t seen her interact much with her ‘sisters’. So she probably doesn’t even know what’s going on.
The question is: does Jais know or not know that her ‘sisters’, not already with Arachne, are still Under The Mountain?
For her sake, the answer had better be ‘no’!
If she is keeping that from Arachne in the hopes of being punished, she won’t survive what Arachne will do to her (and as much as she likes the kinky stuff, she should know that about Arachne)

So, I think I like Arachne with the longer hair. I think it fits her character better, somehow.
Her hair is almost the same as when she started: a little ‘softer’ and the fringe not as harsh, but it’s about the same length
