I finally realized where this guy looks familiar from: is he a nod to Babu, from the old "I dream of Jeannie" cartoon?
‘Fraid not. He’s an adaptation of an original character created by myself and a friend from a studio I worked at back in the mid-late 1990’s.
Oh well, either way, he’s cool as hell. 🙂
