I’m hoping she’s alive but unconscious. If she IS a transformed victim, gonna need someone to test any potential cures Gram can come up with (he’s obviously familiar with their work). If she’s not…I’m sure he can whip up something effective for dealing with any future gorgons, but he’ll need a test subject. For science!
I might be mistaken, but I think the hint is in the name-tags. Natural gorgons have the "title" Gorgon in them. Most of them tagged as "the Gorgon", the only exception is Snierr (the one who gave Bob his task): she is tagged as Gorgon Priestess. I guess it simply means that not all the natural gorgons serve as a priestess.
After all this time… I finally caught up.
Been a off and on fan for awhile, but never been able to get through the archives.
After all of these years of reading a storyline here, a chapter there, this is still one of my favorite comics.

Oh, and I thought I had mentioned but apparently I didn’t. I love your Doctor Who stuff. In my opinion at least, it’s on pat or better than a lot of of the revival works. Worthy of a Big Finish production.

That Gorgon was the one who stoned Cadugan and Lucas, and was living in a coven with another two Gorgons so it’s a pretty safe bet she’s a Natural.
