I have this vision. A couple of hours after Ata grabbed D-cup and prevented her from porting, Ata is sitting on the steps weeping into her hands "Why me? WHY me??" She’s _only_ facing a semi-eternity stuck with her ….
Since Rich commented "a long time" regarding Dewcup being in the Tomb of Ranna, I’ll take that as something like at least a half year and maybe up to about two- or three-ish. I suspect that the timeframe is deliberately being kept fuzzy (from the writer’s perspective) so it’s easier to synchronize storylines up later on should more cross into this space in the future.
Also, being in an alternate plane, time passage in the Tomb probably isn’t the same as the Material Plane. Further, Lewie’s long contemplative walk through the underworld(s) before meeting up with Dewcup I think is also meant to be a ‘timeless’ event from the in-story perspective.
For example, it’s possible that Dewcup has only experienced a few months of subjective time while Lewie may have been walking the Deeps for several years. I’m pretty confident we’ll get a synchronizing event by the end of this story arc; we already have the one where Lewie (in)famously reappears:

I always wondered about his change in personality at the time; very rather un-lichlike behavior from then through "now." So, hopefully we’ll get some insight into that, and the loss of his crown (or maybe he just wears it rarely now?).
