And THIS is why Runt is the One True King.

No, no he is not, Fang passed that bogus ‘test’ that Eddy set up counter to the tournament that everyone else agreed to (probably simply because they didn’t ask his opinion on the tournament so he packed a sulk)

Not saying that Runturd doesn’t have charisma, just he is _not_ the ‘One True King’

Runt earned the title the old fashioned way – by leading his forces in battle to trounce the former holder of the title.

Yeah, but how do we know that Fang couldn’t have stepped up to the plate and done just as well?

Not saying Runt hasn’t done good or earned his place, just saying that the reason he was there was because of a speciest racist arsehole, not to mention a senile git!!

"Speciest racist"? I’m fairly sure the main problem was Fang’s inability to communicate with most people, a skill invaluable for any ruler.

Fang isn’t capable of stringing together a coherent sentence, and we’ve seen that every single one of his “victories” is actually a misinterpretation of his idiot luck. Eddie can see that easily.

…Because absolutely no one in their right mind would follow Fang across the street, never mind into battle? O_o

Come on man, this isn’t hard!

he is the "one true king" by right of an 18 in charisma

You’re right, we need Cap’n Fang, the Idiot Genie and the Beholder King to unite into one being, and time the world.

Why does it need to be a "one true king"? He's a king and he's somewhat competent at it. He's not the chosen of Eddy's bogus test but that was never the agreed method of determining the king. Runt became king the same way as so many before him: by being the figurehead of a revolt against his predecessor. There is no "one true" method of becoming a king.

Fang would’ve run that kingdom so far into the ground it’d have taken the whole continent with it and burst out the other side of the planet. FANG would’ve survived–he always does, somehow–but the people? I know Eddy cheated, but I think it was justified.
