Hmmm…The layout of those caves seems familiar. I’m thinking "Keep on the Borderlands" & the Caves of Chaos near there.
I was thinking of the goblin/orc caves on the Northern Road in Neverwinter Nights, but the name of this chapter ("Fortress on the Frontier") make it almost certain that you’re correct.
I’m thinking the Barrow-Wight caves east of the Shire (just kidding).
