Nah. As long as the Terms & Conditions are clearly visible and an opportunity given to read them (assuming she can read), it would be an easily enforceable contract (sitting aside for the moment that slavery contracts are de facto not enforceable of course).
Slavery contracts aren't legal for the past two hundred years in western countries. That's not representative of most of human history, and definitely not representative of a fantasy world.
