Did anyone ever actually check to see if the axe was firmly embedded in the stone?
Nah, Eddie was complaining about that no-one had tried to pull out the axe to the elven magicians (and their birds). If there would be at least an unsuccesful try, he would phrased that otherwise.
And Lucas is supposed to be the "Dumb one"!
