Tricky question. We know the "suit" is actually a polymer that magically bonds directly to their skin, effectively becoming their new skin (which never quite feels comfortable ever again). Obviously they can feel sensation through it.
It is, however, still as black as when it was first poured over them, so I imaging from the exterior, it tastes mostly like vinyl.
