So, General Plundercheeks was Arachne’s slave/toy until she had Jais release all of the slaves so they could rebuild everything? Or did she have her fun with him and then let him go right away?
I very much doubt she kept him around for very long. We saw her slaves a fair few times over the years, and I don't think there was ever a male orc visible. I imagine she taught him a lesson and then turned him loose.
