Size isn’t too far off, unless Dewcup’s a lot smaller than Meegs, but the paw/foot is indeed wrong. (and according to the strips with Dewcup, the Chimera’s hind legs aren’t lion. Check strips 0159 & 0160 for size and full body shot)
Maybe, but even looking at the skeleton on the background, those are not the correct ‘feet’ for the back _or_ the front, and she is clearly looking at the front (or it only has two feet which, again, would rule out Chimera)
Personally, I think it’s that female Chimera from way back ago when Chimera was thinking to himself that there would never be a female for him in the world. Then it cut a shot in the next panel to a female version.
