Maybe maula needs rescueing, maybe she is having a vacation in the torture chambers 😛
Whether the DMs are going to have any effect on her (probably as much as on Lizard-breath), she still needs to be retrieved from the false DMs before they decide to just kill her
Given how smart Queen Bloodhand is, I fully believe she’s gathering intelligence on the Rannite forces, knowing that her people will spark a rebellion in response to the coup, and will rescue her in the near future. All the time, making the Rannites believe they have her under control.
I love that Nephilia can’t tell them apart.
