Well, we know that he is VERY aware of just how dangerous and insane Ranna is. So, I think it’s somewhat safe to assume he will NOT side with Ranna.
To me, it’s more a question of Lewie & Arachne joining forces. They sort of have to, but how much info they will willingly exchange with each other and how much they might willingly cooperate given their history …. some of those details are up in the air.
I think Lewie knows that Arachne is a member of the Order of the Spider, but Arachne may not know that Lewie is up to speed on that, possibly even more than she is. Arachne may even be in a position where Lewie "outranks" her in this situation, which should put her in a completely fantastic mood.
Also. They are going toe-to-toe with one of the most powerful goddesses this world has ever seen. It’s gonna be exciting and dangerous even if her powers are diminished at this time.
Maybe it’ll be exciting and dangerous enough that Arachne can get over Lewie saving her life. At least, temporarily.
That last panel does not look like the reaction I would have expected Arachne to have to Lewie before she was dead briefly, and he brought her back. Interesting. Also, her softer, more youthful appearance seems to date from after that resurrection as well. He really did learn a lot from his sister. Hopefully, once he is up to speed on what is happening, he can bring all the rest of them up to speed on what is happening.
Rather unfortunate that Glon thought that he killed Charlot, as they will be missing a major puzzle piece until they know that she is still alive… sort of.

Looks to me simply that Arachne was startled, she was not expecting Lewie to show up
