Well, she lost some power, which could also be effected by her being pregnant… Raising a child, even before born takes a toll on the mother. After birth, that toll usually goes on BOTH parents, but in this case it might just be dumped on Wolf and the new queen.
More interesting than those promises which may not be kept in changing circumstances, at the time, Lloth and Wolf were working on making some demi-gods. He certainly did his part, but she had to retreat back to her dimension. She could easily be pregnant.
Now… is she going to have one or two drow-ish children… or a brood of several hundred spiderlings hatching from eggs (probably look a lot like Driders).
LLoth: "Congratulations Wolfie, you’re a dad… to the tune of about six hundred little beasties the size of your hand. Hope you’re a quick learner at speed-changing diapers with 8 leg-holes."

But Lolth had to transform and took a beating in her fight with the beholder king. Maybe that took a toll on her.
