Well, in DnD, there are beings lower than a male drow in their society, like an outsider male slave, and at the lowest are the driders – as they were drows, but acted a way so unfitting to a drow, that they were denied to be one ever again. Here seems to be some difference in the rankings though.

Creatures of other races may get a boon from their racial Deities like Glon does.
It seems that this setting doesn't feature Elistraee, so Mahr'i can't exactly find loophole in Drow pantheon.
