Yup. "The Ant and the Aardvark" was a series of shorts about a big blue Aardvark trying to catch a little red ant (all characters voiced by John Biner doing impressions of celebrities.) In two of the films the Blue Aardvark gets into a battle with a Green Aardvark over the Ant. They were made by DePatie/Freling who also made the Pink Panther cartoons and were shown on TV as part of the Pink Panther series.
