Heheh, often, especially in these old ones, I wrote the dialogue quickly and on the fly in order to post as many as possible. So details like specific spellings of names weren’t quite settled. Lucas getting her name wrong wasn’t actually supposed to be a thing, but it is funny.
I dunno about that; it seems that they were carnivorous. Mostly what I’m wondering is if there’s an inland sea in the valley, since they weren’t lake dwellers, and I can’t really see one getting far in a jungle on paddles / flippers.
