And the female who was in love/lust with Glon (at least 1 comic is when Glon is visited near the beginning of the Jone arc of her growing collection of females)

I do imagine Otyugh would eventually develop a symbiotic relationship with other sophonts as gong farmers. Abbeys would eventually be the model for how communities could accommodate the species with their special dietary needs and the ability to process night soil, afterwards have them dispose of their own waste on the surrounding fields for fertilisation at appropriate times.
And besides, I already know that Brother Yeecch can be found where dice games are played. He loves a good crap shoot!
