Nope. DK Dark Elves are pale as milk, because they never see the sun, and hairless, because their scalp doesn’t need protection from sunstroke.
Arguably their appearance makes more sense as a subterranean race than Drow do.
Aren't Drow supposed to be the result of some kind of curse rather than adaption to their habitat? It would make slightly more sense, I guess.
