Umm, actually it has a lot off issue with it. The DNA doesn't mix so well when it's from the same bloodline, lot of genetical information get damaged more easily causing a ton of health problems. Insanity, deformities and not properly working organs all can be resulted from such marriages – you won't find too often such couples among animals neither, and when it happens, mutations are almost guaranteed. Even animals feels instinctively, that nothing good will be coming from that.
